Your RevOps hire, run like a RevOps process.
We recruit Revenue Operations and go-to-market talent for B2B SaaS companies in Europe. Every search is scoped, mapped and shortlisted by someone who has actually built the function — not by a keyword match.
If the hire doesn't work out inside 60 days, we run the search again free.
An example of how a mid-level RevOps search runs. Senior and executive searches may take longer — you get a realistic timeline at the brief.
The problem
Most recruiters are screening a job title they can't read.
RevOps is the only GTM function where the CV tells you almost nothing. Two people with the same title can be a Salesforce admin or the person who owns the forecast. A generalist recruiter cannot tell the difference. So they send you both, and you spend your week interviewing.
What a generalist screens for
Keyword match- ✕ "Salesforce" appears somewhere on the CV
- ✕ Job title contains "Revenue Operations"
- ✕ Right number of years in the seat
- ✕ Worked at a company you've heard of
- ✕ Available and open to a move
What we verify before you see anyone
Operator screen- ✓ Whether they built the reporting layer or inherited it
- ✓ How they'd fix a forecast that's 30% off, in their own words
- ✓ Real depth on your stack — CRM, CPQ, enrichment, BI
- ✓ Whether they've survived a migration, and what broke
- ✓ How they handle a VP Sales who disagrees with the data
- ✓ Stage fit: 20-person chaos is not 500-person process
Coverage
The roles we place.
We start in Revenue Operations, and stay for the rest of your go-to-market team. Ranges below are indicative European base salaries — ask us for a benchmark on your specific market and stage.
Ranges reflect Spain, Iberia and remote-EU contracts. Full benchmark available on request.
Why us
Four things most agencies won't do.
Screened by someone who's done the job
Every candidate is assessed by a RevOps practitioner, not a recruiter reading from a spec. You get a written technical evaluation with each profile, so you know why they're on the list before you spend an hour on a call.
Our fees are on this page
Recruitment is the last industry where you have to book a call to find out the price. We publish ours. No "let's discuss it live", no different number depending on how big your logo is.
The risk sits with us, not you
You pay one fee, no matter how many searches it takes. If the hire leaves or is let go inside 60 days, we go back out and fill it again at no cost, and we keep going until you have the right person in the seat.
Southern Europe and remote-EU
Most specialist RevOps agencies stop at the UK, DACH and the Nordics. We work the market they skip: Spain, Portugal, Italy and the remote-EU talent pool that scale-ups increasingly hire from.
How it works
A search is a pipeline. We run it like one.
Same four stages every time, with a written update at each one — so you always know where the search stands, without having to chase us.
Scope the brief
Ninety minutes on your GTM motion, your stack, your stage and the three things this person has to have fixed by month six. If we think you're hiring the wrong role, we say so before you pay us.
Work the market
Direct, operator-led outreach to the people who could actually do this job — across the EU and remote. Because we've done the role ourselves, we can tell real signal from a good-looking CV, and we approach candidates who aren't answering generic recruiter messages.
Deliver the shortlist
Four to six candidates, all pre-qualified on comp, motivation and notice period, each with a written technical assessment. You'll know exactly why every name is on the list.
Close and land
We tell you what the role actually pays so your offer lands, manage counter-offers and the awkward conversations, and stay close through resignation and start. We check in at 30 and 60 days to make sure the hire stuck.
Pricing
Published, because hiding it helps nobody.
Fees are a percentage of the hire's first-year base salary, invoiced when they sign and accept the offer.
Contingency
You pay only if you hire someone we introduce. Best for a single role you're also working on internally.
of first-year base
- ✓ A researched, qualified shortlist — not a CV dump
- ✓ Written technical assessment per candidate
- ✓ 60-day guarantee or we continue re-running the search free
- ✓ No fee if you don't hire
Exclusive
You give us the role exclusively for 60 days. We go deeper, move faster, and you pay less.
of first-year base
- ✓ Everything in Contingency
- ✓ A read on the market: how deep the pool is and what it pays
- ✓ Weekly written search update
- ✓ 120-day guarantee instead of 60
- ✓ Priority: we run your search first
Hiring diagnostic
For when you know something in your revenue engine is broken but aren't sure which hire fixes it. Advice first, search later — or never.
credited in full if you hire with us
- ✓ A recommendation on which role to open next, and why
- ✓ What that role should pay in your market and at your stage
- ✓ An honest read on how hard it'll be to fill
- ✓ An anonymised market map of the available talent pool
- ✓ A job description you can post as-is
- ✓ Delivered in 5 working days, no retainer, no strings
The guarantee
If it doesn't work, we do it again. On us.
Recruitment fees are large and the failure rate is high. So we've written our terms around a simple promise: you only pay once the right person is in the seat, and if it doesn't work out we keep going until it does.
day guaranteeIf the hire leaves or is let go inside 60 days, we run the whole search again at no charge. 120 days on exclusive searches.
fee, however long it takesYou're buying a filled seat, not an introduction. If it takes two searches to get there, that's our problem — the invoice doesn't change.
upfront on contingencyNothing is invoiced until your hire signs and accepts the offer. No retainers, no engagement fees, no signing anything to see candidates.
For candidates
For the ones actually doing the job.
If you work in RevOps, your inbox is full of recruiters who can't tell a routing rule from a revenue model. You've had the "exciting opportunity" that turned out to be an SDR seat, the application that vanished, the final-round rejection with no reason attached. We built this side of the business specifically not to do that — you'll only ever hear from us when a role is a genuine fit for what you do and where you want to go, never to pad out a shortlist.
What you get from us
Every time, no exceptions- ✓ The salary band in the first message — a real number, not "competitive".
- ✓ A real brief before you decide: stage, funding, stack, who you'd report to, team size, and the honest reason the seat is open.
- ✓ A conversation with someone who has done the job and can actually answer your technical questions about the role.
- ✓ Prep before every interview — who's in the room, what they'll dig into, what they've rejected people for before.
- ✓ Feedback after every stage, including the rejections. Especially the rejections.
- ✓ Honest counsel at offer stage, including when we think you should turn it down or push for more.
- ✓ A free market benchmark on what you're worth, whether or not you're moving.
What we won't do
Ever- ✕ Send your CV anywhere without your explicit yes, company by company.
- ✕ Pitch you a role that isn't a genuine step up, just to fill a shortlist.
- ✕ Ask what you currently earn to anchor your next offer down.
- ✕ Go quiet on you because a process stalled. Bad news still gets a message.
- ✕ Push you to accept something you have doubts about because our fee depends on it.
- ✕ Keep contacting you after you've told us you're happy where you are.
How it works from your side
Four steps. You can stop at any of them, and nothing moves without you saying so.
A 30-minute call
What you've actually built, what you want next, what you'd need to be paid to move, and what would make you say no. Sending your CV ahead of the call helps — we'll have looked at it properly and can talk specifics rather than basics. No obligation to be actively looking.
You see the role properly
Before your name goes anywhere, you get the full picture: comp band, stack, reporting line, runway, why the last person left. You decide whether we submit you. If it's a no, that's the end of it.
You go in prepared
We tell you who you're meeting, what they care about, and where candidates have fallen down before. After each stage you get real feedback, whatever the answer is.
You negotiate with data
We give you the benchmark for the role, the market and your level, and we'll tell you when there's room to push. If we think the offer is bad for you, we say so — even though it costs us the fee.
Join the network
Tell us what you'd move for and we'll only get in touch when something matches it. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no "just checking in". You can tell us to stop at any point and we will.
Join the network →Find out what you're worth
Send us your current role, stack and package and we'll come back with where you sit against the European market. Free, no strings, no pitch attached — plenty of people use it to negotiate a raise where they already are, and that's fine by us. We'd rather be the people you call in two years than the ones who pushed you into a move now.

Straight answers.
Revenue Operations owns the systems, data and process that sit under sales, marketing and customer success — the CRM, the forecast, the reporting, the routing, the tooling. Most B2B SaaS companies need their first dedicated RevOps hire somewhere between €3M and €8M ARR, usually at the point where the forecast stops being trustworthy. If you're not sure whether you're there yet, our €1,500 hiring diagnostic answers exactly that question, and the fee comes off your first search if you go ahead.
We only recruit go-to-market operations roles, and every candidate is screened by someone who has built and run the function. A generalist can check that "HubSpot" is on a CV. We can tell you whether the person configured the lifecycle stages or just clicked around in them — and we write that assessment down for you before you interview anyone.
A market map sizes your hiring market: how many people in your geography and segment could genuinely do the job, what kind of companies they sit in, what they're paid now and how movable they are. It's a step inside every search we run, and you get it anonymised — the shape of the market, not a contact list. A hiring diagnostic is a standalone piece of advice you can buy for €1,500 when you're not yet sure what to hire: which role to open, what it should pay, how hard it'll be to fill, plus the market map and a job description. If you go on to hire through us, the €1,500 comes off the fee.
Two reasons, and we'd rather say both out loud. The first is that those people haven't agreed to have their name, employer and salary passed around — they're not applicants, they're professionals we may never even contact about this role. The second is commercial: the network is the service you're paying for, and handing it over as a document would be a strange thing for us to do. You get everything you need to make the decision — size, seniority mix, comp reality, difficulty — without us breaching anyone's trust.
Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the UK and remote-EU contracts. We're strongest in Southern Europe and the remote-EU pool, which is exactly where most RevOps specialists have the thinnest coverage.
Both, and the prices are published above. Contingency at 20% means you pay nothing unless you hire. Exclusive at 15% means you commit the role to us for 60 days and get a deeper search and a 120-day guarantee instead of 60 in return — with nothing invoiced until your hire accepts the offer. And if you're hiring for RevOps or GTM regularly rather than for a single seat, we're happy to talk about a retainer arrangement that works for both sides — that one's a conversation rather than a fixed number, so get in touch and we'll build something around your roadmap.
If they leave or are let go within 60 days — 120 on exclusive searches — we go back out and run the search again at no charge. We don't refund instead, and we're upfront about why: handing your money back leaves you exactly where you started, still without a RevOps hire. You paid for a filled seat, so we keep working until you have one.
No, and most of the people we place weren't. An intro call costs you 30 minutes and gets you a read on what your profile is worth in the current market. If nothing we have is a genuine step up, we'll tell you that and leave you alone until something is. We won't add you to a mailing list or check in every quarter to keep you warm.
Never. Our fee is paid by the company doing the hiring. No candidate has ever been charged by a legitimate recruitment agency, and you should walk away from any that tries.
We can usually take a brief within 48 hours. From there, how fast the shortlist lands depends on the seniority of the role and how tight the market is, and we'll give you a realistic date at the brief rather than a number that sounds good on a website. We deliberately limit how many searches we run at once, so occasionally there's a wait. We'll tell you.
Yes, for existing clients. RevOps is where our depth is, so that's how we'd rather start — but once we know your GTM motion from the inside, hiring the rest of the revenue team is a much shorter conversation.
